The next da is so much better,

"You should bake these a day or so ahead and put them in the freezer as individual servings. I tried them warm out of the oven and thought I would have to dump the whole pan. Saw the note about being better the next day, and they were pretty good. Didn't want to throw them away so froze the batch and have been taking them out a few servings at a time. after 3 days they are getting better. The chocolate is wonderful, the texture is not so "put offish" and are great with a cup of tea or coffee. Will definitely make again to keep in the freezer."
