"I made this Almond Meal Pie Crust for another type of dessert! I doubled the recipe (for the almond meal pie crust) and baked it in a 13 x 9 glass casserole (pyrex) dish. Sprayed it with Pam first. Baked it @ 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (watch closely so as not to overbake). Let cool or at least just a little warm (almost cooled) before adding pudding mixture. Then I used a "3" Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mixes (instant pudding). Mixed in slivered almonds (and used 1/2 vanilla soy milk and 1/2 milk with the pudding mixes). Put it in the refrigerator to chill & set up! Sliced and put a dab of whip cream on each piece (when served). DELICIOUS!!!"
