"I used the boneless frozed chicken breast.
I added a green, red, and yellow bell pepper. Then I threw in some carrots, apples, and a splash of orange juice.
Also just a note when you add so many veggies make sure you put those in especially your carrots in the bottom and then your chicken on top. This will help your veggies get done and your chicken won't be mushy. Then when your chicken breast are done just shred them a little with a fork and everything together.
My three children loved it!! I had them close their eyes and smell it first. They are very picky eaters! When I gave them their dinner plates they were shocked!! Needless to say they ate it all and said it was a keeper!"
