Excellent Recipe, All the Cookies were Great!,

"We tried almost all the types of cookies and like them all. The cookies were just as good as any homemade or store bought mix. Very nice to mix once and have it ready to use with little additional work, just like the store bought mixes. We were also glad to substitute healthier oils for the vegetable shortening. We substituted Smart Balance Shortening and the recipe turned out great."
