Awesome and Easy!,

"I made this as part of a Cajun themed dinner for my mother in law's birthday -- it was a big hit! I added 1 diced red pepper and 1 diced green pepper to the garlic and onion cooking with the sausage and used pre-cooked Andouille I bought in the meat department that was Cajun flavored and only have to be sliced and heated in the skillet. It made the cooking even easier and everyone loved it! I plan to make it again and possibly add shrimp as well. It was great!"
