"This was an awesome dish! Extremely easy and the fish was literally so soft you had to be careful getting it out of the crockpot so it wouldn't fall apart. I am definitely saving this recipe in my computer. I used low cal butter and it still tasted great, and I good for you too. Be sure that the salmon on the top gets switched to the bottom about half way through though or he will not be as tasty as the rest. This one I will even use when I have guests over, the house smelled amazing!"
