"Hey all.
This is simply the best! I can't have dairy, so I thought I would miss the cheese, big time! I tried this, and am absolutely hooked! The Tofu, resembles cheese, and you can't even tell that you didn't use it. It's creamy like ricotta! I chopped a little bit of chicken (I'm not a vegan, I am sorry if that grosses you out) and added that along with some zuchinni. My kids ate it all, and most surprising, my husband ate it and asked for more. He didn't even realize it was cheeseless until I told him later! HA! Thank you for this recipe!"
