"I first made this for Thansgiving, when I realized that I would not have enough room on the stove for mashed potatoes. Now I make it regularly for pot lucks and special dinners for my family. One word of caution...you may need to add extra water to keep the potatoes from drying out. Several people have asked me for the recipe after eating this!"
