"The herb butter was very different from anything I have made before. Our family LOVED it!!! I didn't bother using wax paper or wrapping it up for the amount of time listed. I just put it in a food processor 1 hour before we ate, then stuck it in the fridge. I then cooked the steaks on the stovetop and put on the butter while they were still in the pan(so it would melt on top). Thanks for listing a recipe that is a little different than the norm for us! Even the kids(ages 3 and 1) loved it!!!"
