My favorite glaze -- everyone loves it!,

"I make this every year around Thanksgiving. It really is outstanding. When I bring it to a potluck, everyone raves about it and asks for the recipe. The roast comes out moist and the glaze is full of complex flavor, both sweet and savory, which goes perfectly with the flavor of the roast and stuffing inside. I bet it would be great on something else, too, like tofu or tempeh.
You can use the Tofurky mushroom gravy that comes with the roast for something else, like mashed potatoes."
