"I have been looking for this recipe for years - and finally found it! Someone I know used to make this when I lived in Alaska and I forgot to get it from her before I left the state. I'm ecstatic I have it now! It is wonderful! However, make sure you have a candy thermometer that works - mine didn't! I did add 1-2 drops of green food coloring at the end - which looks kinda funky but it's how I remembered it. It tastes FANTASTIC - just have to get the temps correct so it's not so chewy next time! Love it!! You will too if you love pistachios!! I can't wait to try it again! I know my first batch didn't turn out exactly as it should be so I'm anxious to finish what I have and make some more! Might be some good Xmas gifts this year! Merry Christmas everyone!"
