"I made these this weekend and they were so simple! Very few ingredients, I had all that it required on hand, and the cookies turned out great! When I dropped the glob of cookie dough into the pan I was worried b/c it didn't reach all sides of the sheet, but it turned out great! What a quick way to have "cookies" for the week! A definite new favorite!"
