Great All Purpose Muffin Mix,

"Great recipe. I double this mix and store in the freezer. The muffins aren't too sweet and I like that there is some whole wheat flour for added nutrition.
The only suggestion I have is to add a bit of vanilla to the wet ingredients. Other than that this recipe is great as is.
I have made these muffins by adding a cup of mashed bananas, sweet potatoes, or applesauce. I just adjust the water as necessary. Or I've stuck to the basic muffin and just added fruit juice for additional flavor."
