"I love the idea to use flax. I also find that I don't really need sweetener with the berries added. And to the reviewer concerned about saturated fat in coconut milk.....it is an extremely healthy fat. Please do not fear the fat, it's good for you. If you are concerned about your risk for heart disease, good fats (like the one from coconuts) will actually RAISE your HDL. And the higher your HDL, the LOWER your risk of heart disease."
