Nice stuffing replacement,

"Whenever I'm craving the stuffing from my youth, this will make an excellent replacement. I never made stuffing, but the spices must be the same because the small and taste reminded me of the stuffing my Mom used to make, which certainly wasn't vegan.
I like to eat low fat, so I replaced the olive oil with red wine vinegar. I also like to eat low salt, so I omitted salt and increased the sage and marjoram to 1 tsp each. I also didn't add the almonds.
I served it with black beans, which I eventually mixed in."
