"Honestly, I was about to gag mixing the ingredients together. I was a little skeptical! I told my husband what was for dinner and he too did not sound too excited about the mixture. We uncovered the crock pot and much to our surprise it smelled delicious! As we bit into it the taste was absolutely wonderful! We both were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was a little dry, maybe if it cooked longer than the 6 hours it was in for it would have been a little less dry, but otherwise it was delicious! Also, it was a pain trying to get the frozen chicken breast apart and getting out the paper stuck between the breasts, but I ran it under some cold water and it finally came apart. I have found something to do with our apricot jam we make year after year!"
