"I was surfing the net and my kids came running into the kitchen asking what's for dinner? I could not think of anything to make, and only being limited with beef ! what could i possible make, that we hadn't eating already for the past couple of days ( not to mention, it was BEEF!!) So, i guickly googled reciepes with beef and came across about.com. To my amazement, it was so quick and easy! I didn't even have to run to the grocery store,becuase i already had all the basics listed. I gathered my three children and thought i would spent a little mommy & kiddy time in the kitchen. It took us only ten minutes to prep EVERYTHING, preheating oven, cutting & sauteeing the onions, etc.. It took about 1 hour & 15 mins to cook, but well worth it. This meatloaf was so delicious, my children even ate it ( they are such picky eaters)!!!! Thank you so much~~~mommy on a budget"
