"This is a great quick pot luck dish! We were in Mexico for Turkey Day, and I made this for a pot luck and everyone went crazy for it! They all want to make it when they get home. I only cooked this on low for about 2 and 1/2 hours, I don't know that two more hours would have made a difference."
