Easy, delicious souffle,

"This souffle was easy to make. Be sure to beat the eggs well or the souffle will not be light and fluffy as it should be. The only thing I did not like was that there were no onions in the recipe! It had a mushroom and cheese flavour, not onions. Next time I will try sautéing some onions and add them to the mushroom soup and cheese base."
