"The soup was excellent. Serve very cold, and when pouring into the bowls, do half honeydew and half canalope being careful not to mix. It makes a beautiful presentation. I added a dollop of thick cream in the middle. It was so refreshing and I am serving it at a Baby shower/Tea party. It's perfect for cleaning your palate after dinner."
