Apple glazed pork roast, March 1, 2009

"Hi Linda....I put a 2 1/2 lb pork loin in the crockpot on top of a bed of apples, poured concentrated apple juice, brown sugar Splenda over it and covered the top with fresh, peeled(scraped) green ginger slices. Then ground fresh black tellicherry pepper over the whole roast, ginger, apples and all! This turned out great, even Myron would be impressed!
