A very special meal,

"I made this dish last night and it was wonderful. The sauce was delicate and velvety, not overpowered by the cheese. I used fresh Parmesan cheese so it seemed that the final product could use a little salt. The only change I made to the recipe was to used 1 clove of garlic. In my kitchen, there wasn't enough filling for all 14 pasta tubes. The next time I make this, I plan to add a few mushrooms to the stuffing and will likely add some freshly ground nutmeg to the sauce. Even though I plan to experiment the next time, this was a terrific meal made as is. My husband said that the flavor is much like a crepe and he was pleased with the flavor. Thank you for providing such a wonderful receipe."
