Chicken Potato Bake,

"I improvised a little on this as I did not have sour cream and I only had O'Brien Potatoes. Instead of sour cream, I added 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of butter and added about 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Otherwise, it was the same. The chicken came out delicious and moist, and amazingly, the potatoes were great."
