Indian Cauliflower Curry,

"We had just cut the last cauliflower out of the garden and really wanted something different. I had no peanuts so used cashews instead, and added a little sesame oil to the frying oil. This dish is delicious and I will certainly make it again. My husband ate the leftovers which I was keeping for the next day's lunch!"
