"Now, first of all, I tried this a few different ways. I would HIGHLY suggest using the store bought almond meal. ( I used the bobs red mill) The taste was signifigantly better than when I tried to make it myself by grinding up almonds. Secondly, as a sweetener I put a bit of Splenda BROWN sugar in it and WOW! With a few strawberries cut up in it, it was DELICIOUS! Like strawberry shortcake! I would eat it for dessert! One last thing, I put a T. of cream and 1 T. of water instead of just water."
