"I didn't follow the baking instructions closely, (didn't turn down the heat), didn't read the popover science tips and tricks and these popovers still turned out very satisfactorily. They were crispy on the inside and almost hollow and very tender on the inside. I did use my pan coating of 1tbs liquid lecithin to one cup of veg oil and the popovers did not stick. (Nothing does!)"
