"I love this recipe. It's a great breakfast treat and it's gotten me completely hooked on coconut milk. An easy way to make the smoothie a little thicker and more like a milk shake is to add about 6 grams of glucomannan to the mixture after adding the ice and before blending. Glucomannan is a calorie free, all natural fiber supplement you can find in health food stores. Another nice benefit of glucomannan is that it makes you feel fuller and helps stabliize blood sugar."
