Roasted Red Pepper Spread,

"Fixed this over the hoiiday and it was excellent. When re-making I believe I would use a bit less roasted red pepper and a bit more garlic. The roasted red pepper was a bit overpowering (of course it is a red pepper spread).
We will be making it again - it is a crowd pleaser."
