Caramelized Onion Bruschetta,

"Very good! I caramelized the onions in butter, then only used 1/2 the sugar. Used feta. The sweetness of the onions went really well with the feta. If you like balsamic vinegar, use more. Watch broiler...feta will not melt but bread will burn. Will definitely make again ."
