"I used Thai Vegetable broth from Wegman's [vegan], instead of the fresh chili peppers, I used a bit of ginger pepper sauce. I minced and added the garlic, also used Braggs instead of soy sauce and upped the amount of Braggs to taste, something I wouldn't have tried with the soy due to the salt. I also added several drops of dark oriental sesame oil. The directions had me puzzled because it has me adding the tempeh before I saute it. So I sauteed then did the remaining steps simply adding it to the tempeh. I also added stir fry baby corn, fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh chopped green peppers, diced onion and straw mushrooms to make it a more complete dish and served over yellow rice. It is a keeper with the mods for us."
