Good recipe but needs some protein,

"This is a good recipe but I would add some protein in the form of previously browned firm tofu cubes. Tip: I LOVE okra and am not disturbed by its gelatinous texture (read 'slimy' for some eaters). I you add okra whole, not sliced, the okra won't release its juices into the gumbo. Actually, I like sliced okra for its thickening properties. Thanks for the recipe."
