Mom to picky girls

"Girls loved this cake--I made it in a springform pan and it looked nice, tasted moist and light. I used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. Also used 1/2 cup plain soy yogurt and 1/2 cup canola oil instead of 1 cup oil. Did the whole thing in my processor--super easy!"
