"Excellent, let me repeat, excellent recipe. Quick and easy AND delicious. It's the best chili recipe I've had it ages. It was not too spicy, although one can make it as hot as fire. The spices in the recipe were perfect for me and my family. I did forget to put the cornstarch/water in, but my wife said that it wasn't needed. It was just thick enough, not too soupy. I say again, excellent recipe."
