Best Low-Carb Asian Dish Out There!,

"This was the first successful Asian dish I made for myself, and it's guilt-free! So delicious. The ginger is the hidden ingredient that pulls the flavor together. I used powdered garlic powder and it was fine, but it probably could have used a clove or two of fresh garlic in addition. I really like garlic, though. This dish is definitely going on my heavy rotation low-carb dinner repertoire! :)"
