"I have tried starters, even making my own twice. Never have I tasted this sourdough flavor. My husband is very happy. He said I found a winner. I made it with fat free yogurt (all I could find) and full fat sour cream. Both were the best I have ever had in sourdough taste and not at all acidic. I loved the texture too. This recipe is a true find and I have searched long and hard...trial and error. Thank you for this treasure. My family will be devouring this bread for years to come."
