"I have this recipe for about 8 years from a dear friend.It goes over very well.The only difference in my ingredients is,it does not call for the orange pepper only the green one and it also calls for finely chopped carrots and rice vinegar,I used the seasoned one.In place of the sugar you can use Splendar.Excellent salad."
