A absolute perfect cookie,

"I was a bit nervous about trying this cookie, seeing that all my vegan recipies for cookies have turned out, lets say not satisfactory. So to find out that this recipe was so yummy was a thrill and would def. make it again. I did add about 1/4 cup more flour then the recipie called for because i felt it was a bit wet.. and i kept them in the oven for 20 min. and then again they turned out great."
