"I've been looking for a carob recipe and wanted to try this one. I used raw cashews and dates, because that's what I had. It wouldn't get sticky, just crumbly, so I added about 1/2 cup of raw cahsew butter and that did the trick. I also added a little salt, because I am salt deficient and love sweet and salty treats. It came out -WOW-can't wait to try on the family in the am--if any are left, lol! Definitely going to try some variations. Thanks for the recipe! Shannon"
