Matzoh brie taken to another level,

"I was looking for something really different and found it in this recipe. Crunchy, fruity, eggy. It takes matzoh brie (a cross between french toast and matzoh) to another level. I think that those who don't like matzoh will like it too!!Also I recommend that you can also put a medly of mango (I used) , bluberries or what fruits you want."
