"I can't lay hands on my Bracken books, and need tomake this tonight. I used to substitute cottage chees for sour cream, and couldn't remember if there was an acid ingredient. I'm very glad to see the original recipe here. Anyone for Huntley-Brinkley Hollandaise?"
