"I love this salad, it has become a regular in our house! It's got amazing fresh flavour, keeps well for 3-4 days, takes awhile to eat because of the different textures...even the kids like it. I add a touch of peanut oil to enhance the Thai taste and make it stick together a bit better. I totally recommend this as a one-dish meal!"
