"I made it for my diabetic mother for Thanksgiving. She is still enjoing it and says that it's as good as Cheescake's low carb cheesecake. The almond meal crust adds great texture. Mom is also saying that it's not effecting her sugar too much!!! I'm thrilled and will definately make it again!"
