Cook your own rice!!,

"Why buy cooked rice when it's so easy and economical to cook. There seems to be a North American fear of cooking rice. Follow directions for doing so in your favourite cookbook, e.g., Joy of Cooking, Good Housekeeping, Canadian Living Cookbooks, follow the directions on the bag of package OR buy an inexpensive electric rice cooker. It doesn't make sense to buy cooked rice, especially in these days of economic troubles. Make this recipe; it's a standard and it's dee-licious. Happy rice prep! Overcome "Fear of rice"....."
