first time trying to make tofu, September 2, 2008

"I have NEVER made tofu before, so this was my first time.
I think this recipe turned out to be incredible. The texture is almost like a regular quiche, except it doesn't hold it's shape as well once you cut it and put it on your plate.
The recipe neglects to tell you that it will give you TWO quiches, instead of one (luckily i had an extra pie crust). It also doesn't say when to add the garlic & onions, I just tossed them in with the artichokes and spinach because that made the most sense.
Anyway, the taste is wonderful, it looks beautiful after it's baked... it does take a bit of work to prepare, but i think it's probably worth it."
