"This recipe was easy to make for my husband's 70th birthday. I only used one avocado but it was great for our taste. We had lasagna for dinner. The guests loved the lettuce and olives with the smooth dip. It serves a lot to go around. Very good to eat without the tortilla chips. Just the right tang on your tonuge. Yummy. I will make it again for the next party."
