"This is a wonderful way to use cherry tomatoes. It is easy and sooo delicious. My husband says it is like eating a BLT without the mess. I made a lot for Happy Hour and he just kept popping them into his mouth. They were gone in no time. The fresh parmesan adds so much. I keep mine frozen and thaw 20 minutes before grating. I am making it again tonight."
