Even the kids ate it without complaining!, March 17, 2009

"We made the sour cream chicken risotto tonight for the first time. My kids groaned when they saw the peas, but they both had seconds without hesitation. My daughter said that she couldn't even taste them. As much as it pained them to admit it, they liked it. :) I didn't have garlic risotto, so I used rice pilaf and added some garlic seasoning, and it was great. I served it with green salad and garlic bread."
