"I was searching the internet for a chicken recipe with bacon-based on what I had in the fridge- and I found this one.
It's so easy and the dish is delicios! The chiken is moist and belive it or not, you don't have to season it before you cook it.The onion/garlik/bacon sauce that you put on the top is enough.I have two picky girls that loved it.I made a saute spinach sidedish that went perfect with the chiken..you don't need to make another side dish as this was enough.
Tip: after you combine bacon with the onions and you spoon them over the chiken, use the same pan with the oil leftover to saute your spinach."
