"I actually never tried this specific combination of flavors but I cook chicken using this method all the time and it is so easy and always turns out juicy and yummy. I use tin foil and I first put two or three garlic cloves underneath the chicken and then put whatever spices or sauce I feel like. I love barbecue sauce so I use that a lot or any salad dressing...both keep it really moist. Also makes delish chicken salad! I usually do two chicken breasts in the same foil package...one to eat hot and one for chicken salad. I always use frozen but I find it takes AT LEAST an hour on 375...but usually keep it in for an hour and a half b/c it can't dry out with this method."
