Too much lime,

"I've made many peanut sauces before, but thought I would try this one as I had all ingredients on hand.
Usually, I use lemon, not lime. This had way too much lime. I would try 2 Tbs. or half of a lime, or I'd go back to lemon. Then, you can add more if you like. You can't undo it once its done.
Too tart. Tasted no peanut just lime. I tried to add honey to balance out flavor."
